One of my favorites "The one in the air should be charged with flying without a pilot's license. Add jaywalking, damaging a motor vehicle, trespassing, unauthorized use of a trash recepticle, and definitely tampering with evidence.... and obstructing an investigation (not sure how this last one applies, but it's usually thrown in the mix)
