Women cops know this as well, which is why too many of them shoot first and then try to cry their way out of it later, like the Oklahoma incident (tiny woman killed relatively hulking Terence Crutcher) or the TX incident where a drunken whore cop (Amber Guyger) illegally entered a nigger's home and shot an actually-innocent nigger dead in his own home.
Requiring another car and officer to detain one nigger is just a waste of resources, why not just hire a White man instead of a broad if the only way for a broad to do the job right is for a White man to show up and do it for her?

Disrespecting a nigger is the fifth, and strongest, fundamental force in the universe. The nigger showed restraint in only beating her that much, a lesser nog would have punched until his fists pierced through her skull and into the pavement. While he did not have much of it, this nog had future-time orientation on display, so he was in the Talented Tenth.
Obviously this could have been prevented by having no female cops. But should a nigger really go to prison for a minor crime? In the teaching scene, black teachers are surprisingly candid about needing to have different discipline techniques for nogs vs Whites, as only a handful of nogs can understand normal discipline. I've learned that one of the biggest and most effective threats for the younger nogs is for the teacher to threaten to call its parents, as the young nog fears grandma beating his behind with a belt.

Frankly, if we still had that system, this incident could have been avoided. White male cop pulls over nog for minor offense, nog gets disciplined then and there, and society proceeds normally. Even just hauling the nog to the police station for a quick caning or the like would be more effective than long-term prison time as most nogs clearly do not fear prison and, as this video proves, even the ones who fear prison still aren't caused to act entirely rational by their fear of prison.
