I was told by old southern man when I was on vacay in US that blacks have nothing of their own that they stole everything from southern whites. He explain and it sounds reasonable to me. When de get off boats they had nothing. They like what white people eating like collard green and stole it.

And "African" cuisine, unless it's bugs or bush meat, is the cuisine of the French colonists in Africa.

Except they had no influence. Its monkey see monkey do. Any of their claims based on their history is absolutely bogus. They had no frying pans. They had no guitars. All that came later long after the white man invented and used all that stuff for years.
