Prime example of someone who should absolutely not be a cop. "He gave me attitude" What a fucking douche, cops like this are why we can't have a civil society. People like this should be working as pickers in an Amazon sweat shop and the only authority they have is whether they want to show up for work on not because they clearly can't handle anything. Just imagine how many private and civil resources are wasted because of cops like this over stupid shit.

This Cop lied in the video..he claimed the subject was still uncopertative as the guy stood there hands above his head compliant. He tried to hide the camera with his hands. Looking for an excuse to fire that Taser he covers the camera..so you can see he is skilled in creating a situation where he will be able to claim one thing and the camera will not be able to dispute his account. This officer is a danger to the public. He escalated that interaction way beyond what was needed and wasted everyones time.
