The problem with NZ is housing costs are expensive and likely not an option for young people.
Would I spend 28k on one of these, yes I would if that meant I owned it after 1-2 years of saving. This house would allow me to save up to purchase land and maybe a larger home in cash in a 5 years. Imaging owning land and a modest house completely by the time you're 25-30?
You could even drop this on your property and rent it out for a sizable passive income.
