And then decline to re-up their contract because some combination of:
1) Injuries due to being less physically capable in the first place and healing slower.
2) Wanting to raise children (which is noble, but not after you pissed away $100k in training costs just to out-process and be a SAHM).
3) Not liking the work for reasons that are inherent to the nature of the work. If you dont like interacting with humans, dont work retail. If you dont like PT and soul-crushing bureaucracy, dont join the flipping military and then gripe about it.
4) Made up mental illnesses because being given responsibilities like an adult is "too hard". Of all the many vets I know, NONE of the ones who saw combat, got wounded, lost limbs, etc have psych issues. All of the ones who were med-boarded for psych issues were rear echelon chairforce who found showing up to work at a cushy desk job like a normal adult to be too traumatic for their snowflake psyches.
If you can't handle an adult job, with adult stress, with adult dick and fart jokes, without quitting/psych warding/ermagerd harassment allegations...go pop out some kids. The world needs that more than it needs an incapable soldier.
You can see that very clearly in the Israeli army.
A bunch of Larping fagots, but its not like the state pays the cost for girls carrying a rifle instead of a purse for 2 years.
