Seems like we have misplaced priorities then. Though I'm sure the biological blokes who've lost their dongs along the way are grateful for this restorative surgery. Still, how hard can it be to whip up some muscle and "glue" it in? Or to take the 10% that the not-goodified guy has remaining and induce hyperplasia so that it regrows the lost 90% itself?
