I have watched many of his videos and he actually does not see the necessity for Israel to exist as a state and if it does exist not by Force. He states that according to the Bible the proper belief is that the Messiah and God will be the one to reinstate Israel and make it the capital of the world.

That's the same belief the Hasidim and other ultra-Orthodox jews share - the Law of Moses to rule over them.
