Time is faster because days are shorter.

Technically Time and Days are not the same, a day is the rotation around the Earth's axis whilst orbiting around the sun, time is disconnected from a day. For instance a minute passed on Mars would be a minute passed on Earth, despite Mars having a different rotational speed, although TECHNICALLY what defines a minute? as we used to define it by sand in a jar, but gravity would be different on Mars so a minute COULD be relative.

All jokes aside, you're talking about perspective on time, which could be relative, as our minds are fickle things, and defining that could help with getting less opposition in the comments, as that is a much harder definition to refute and could be rather intriguing to explore.
