Are you using some 3rd party ad-block extensions or noscript?
The video is a mp4 running in an html5/css3 player. Something that is the norm in today's web tech.
EDIT: I compiled a new version of the MP4 and it should be working now (was using an older Base Media Codec that might not be working properly on Windows based systems).
