My cousin and I built a 24 footer with some square stock, angle iron, sliding barn door kit, a welder and an aluminum ladder. They are not fun to use and you need at least 30 wedges and a big saw. My bored out 1997 Stihl 044 pro does it great. Have seen people try to get by with less saw and it doesn't work out well. I also made a few chains instead of buying them, just use a chain you found the rock in the stump with and set your bench sharpener to 90 degrees and an hour later you saved 40 bucks.
