Throwing up a folder on github or gitlab shouldn't take much time. I can confirm gitlabs works with the TOR browser.

Unless you have enough firepower to take on conventional governments, you have to be smart about things.
Find out what you can get away with (eg. see or ) .. or be prepared to make a last stand, but in that case don't talk about it.
We have a phabricator instance(its like a self hosted github or gitlab) I set it up like a year ago. Also my face didn't get leaked I put it out there when I went on a few different youtube channels.
I'm sure they would have no problem imprisoning me or killing me for what I'm doing.
I can't travel to a few countries already, and I've been banned from paypal already as well.
I knew what I was getting into when I started this. IF something were to happen to me the source code would be leaked immediately.
