Lately there's been a turnover in power users on this site, yet the overall number of them has remained about the same. I've noticed this before, but this is perhaps the 3rd or 4th major cycle in the last two years. By power users, I mean posters that have consistantly above average schedules and regulary dominate /hot. Sock puppets and Astro-turfing are a tool of deception, not truth. I just find it hard to believe that a rotating ensemble of incredibly dedicated people happen to start posting here, hit a high level and then drop out. Perhaps I'm stating the obvious, but also, why?
