You have to decentralize positions of powers and have separate dominance hierarchies in which powers spread too wide and knowledge is thin. You go to your doctor because he's an authority on the body. You go to the dentists because he's an authority on teeth. But then you think voting for a person who is a jack of all trades and a master of none is the best idea to have oversight on all industries at once?
