I'm always skeptical of "They are suing Pfizer." because Pfizer is enmity (can't be held legally).
This is going to consumer claims, "you never mentioned that your product was phoney". So when I hear "it begins" it's possible that they might be held accountable, if you wish upon a star. But there may people who don't want to wait that long when they find out "they knew all along"
I don't mean to be so pessimistic, but Consumer Claims into Crimes Against Humanity is a huge stretch. And the very simple "If Jane tells Bob, to take this, it's safe and effective. And later, Bob dies because of it. Jane is criminally responsible for his death." And this goes at every level. It should be a done deal, yet the argument is elsewhere.
