Rheumatoid arthritis has come from vaccines forever. I got it from a required vaccine for college back in the 90s. Mine did eventually go away after a lot of diet changes, but I had it in every joint for about 5 years before it slowly started to go away.

My mom got it, the exact same deal when a doc talked her into a 'tetnus' shot after a cat bite. When she told me she got it after pressure, I was almost in tears. A few weeks later she started with the inflammation. She went through the diet changes and supplements I did but it still took her body about 5 years to stop the inflammation.

i'm sorry to hear that about you and your mom. i hope you're both doing well.

can you expand on the diet changes? im vx free but arthritis is in my family and i worry about it. i'd like to avoid and/or minimize it before it gets bad.

thank you in advance.

Rheumatoid is different from the plain arthritis. I only know about the one from autoimmune issues. Pretty much cut out any and all things that can a cause inflammation. I did the AIP (autoimmune protocol) one for a while and eventually modified it based on what actually caused me issues and what didn't. I also have always had blood sugar issues and thyroid problems from other vax induced autoimmune problems so it's probably way different for someone else.

I need a very meat heavy diet and for my mom it was more plant based (not vegan by any stretch but she had gout flare ups eating like me). She doesn't/didn't have other autoimmune problems. She also did the AIP and modified it. I end up 'sensitive' to anything I eat too much of, so say eating green beans at lunch every day for 3 days can cause me problems. I constantly have to change stuff up. I can have a few eggs a week but not daily. It's completely weird for me.

Arthritis will not be the only thing. Over the coming years we will see a dramatic rise in all manner of autoimmune diseases.

Heart conditions and neurodegenerative diseases were the first wave, then cancer followed by autoimmune diseases and finally fertility issues for the surviving children who were given the jab.
