This is kinda misleading. This is a list of side effects to be monitored, which is why they list pretty much every disease known to humanity. Not that they actually cared about the list, because there has been documented cases of the reactivation of *Herpes Zoster* as Shingles significantly correlated to the vaccine. But the vaccine definitely doesn't cause Hantavirus
