We didn't need a study to know this.

No one here did, but concrete proof is important, and this shows us the magnitude of harm. It also shows the actual benefits of the drugs, which are too small to be statistically significant and pale in comparison to the harms. We had a general sense of all of this. Now we have exact numbers.
