The excess deaths are up to black swan levels, as are stillbirths and miscarriages. The problem is that they aren't reverting to the previous trends and keep creeping up. It probably culled the world population in the tens or hundreds of millions when you consider lower birth rates and life expectancy. I don't think it will be billions.
