This was a society wide NPC test. Everyone who failed must never be allowed to vote again or hold any power over others. They have been tried and failed. Companies demanded legal immunity before releasing an untested medical product and people accepted this. No other facts matter. Crying about what you were "told" is just admission that you can't think for yourself.
