Intredasting... did rhe mass experimental, poisonous genocide and creation of pointless fear and destroyed world inspire her I wonder? All for big pharma to make 100s of billions and rig elections.

I'd not be able to sleep at night if I gave someone that toxic injection or allowed it to happen.

Everyone with a brain that understands morality and law knows that "following orders" is not a valid excuse. All discretion must be left on solely the individual.
