Good for them, even if it took 8 or however many boosters they are on now. They may live long enough to vote Trudeau the fuck out.

Even though it’s still among the highest, the 28.1% uptake in the 60–69 group is impressive and a good sign. Those are people who visit their doctors often. They probably have these things pushed on them regularly. That ~72% of them who have not gotten the latest booster are people who were probably told to get it multiple times and still refused.

It’s nice to see lower numbers in the lower age brackets, but those people don’t see a doctor often. It might just be that vaccines and masking are a low priority because the media fear campaign has been turned down for well over a year now. That’s not refusal. If they are frightened again many of them will get jabbed.

However, in British Columbia, where a vaccine mandate is still in effect for healthcare workers, the uptake rate is 23.1 percent.

I have not been keeping up on the remaining mandates. Does that mean BC healthcare workers have had to get every booster shot the government recommended?
