I think they only talk about people who upload data to commercial storage accounts because they're mostly owned by jews.

If you host the data on your own server, it will be nearly impossible to shut it down. It's possible, I suppose. However the data can be copied thousands of times and moved to other servers as mirrors. I can't imagine authorities being able to find all of them.

Hosting anything sensitive on a cloud service is a stupid thing to do.
