"Normal" today is overweight or obese unfortunately. I say this as a 50+ reasonably fit person who remembers the 80s. Thank you for the feedback. I have a white friend in nursing school right now who has been wise enough to not get the clotshots thank Jesus.
Well, they're a little chubby, but by no means fat like most murricans. It seems to be almost impossible to be at a normal weight these days.
Just follow the food pyramid. Get your carbs goy, and corn syrup is natural and makes your food taste better!
I've tried to really cut down on carbs these last few weeks, at least junk carbs. Just a few weeks and I don't feel as bloated.
That's so true. The other day we were looking at the nutritional breakdown of some fast food oreo shake or something like that and it was almost 3000 calories! 3000!
I know. I've been trying to be good lately because I do need to drop some weight. Figured hey, it's been two weeks, I'm going to get a treat.
Hard to find a candy bar that's not 400 calories. Nope.
