Please point out exactly where the CDC actually says this. The graph that is being used as "proof" is not the same thing as the CDC actually saying this is true. Even a non-jewed court would not consider this a smoking gun admission of guilt or truth. If we don't have real and factual statements to work with, NPCs will not even bat an eye when dismissing this "proof". The programming is too strong for this weak-ass proof to register on them.
