This is what they claim the study will determine. > This study will help us learn if an investigational formulation of Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine given as a single injection is safe and can help the body produce antibodies to fight off new variants of COVID-19 in people who are unvaccinated and previously tested positive for COVID-19. That description is a lie. With no control group they will not learn anything about the drug’s safety. They are paying unvaccinated people to get injected and pretending to study them, but they are not directly comparing them to anything.
