No one was forced in terms of jackboots holding you down and injecting you against your will.

People were, however, forced to choose between taking an experimental gene therapy or becoming jobless, homeless, and starved.

Considering that you need food and shelter to live, you need money to buy food and shelter, and you need a job to get that money, then yes they absolutely forced it on people at the threat of death.

I know you’re not sticking up for them, and I see what you mean by citing the supposed “legal technicality” that you cite…

But it’s a bullshit argument on their part and no honest judge or tribunal (or whatever the fuck they have in Europe) is going to buy it.

Add on top of that the clear violation of the Nuremberg codes and that of informed consent, and there is no other possible end result but serious prison time or death penalty if the actual law is observed and true justice is served. Oh, and in some countries (Australia comes to mind) they put people in concentration camps, too.

Assuming that good judges are on these cases, it seems the million dollar question is who exactly will be held accountable?

I don’t know how it worked in Europe, but here in the states the government enlisted or forced (depending on your perspective) others to do their bidding.. ”Others” being a combination of state governments, municipal governments, and the private sector.

Ultimately, I blame the federal government. But, they were only successful because state governments, municipal governments, and private sector businesses went along with that shit and enforced those unconstitutional bureaucratic edicts instead of taking a stand (with few exceptions). So really, there is blame (and therefore liability) on the part of all four entities, in my estimation. The only real question is how is that liability dispersed amongst the guilty parties?

Luckily for me, I worked remotely during that entire time (still do) and none of my employers mandated it.

But if I were someone who was forced to take the jab or keep my job, you bet your ass I would be looking to sue whether as part of a class action or an individual.

Plenty of people took the jab under duress. As easy as it is to talk shit about them (as many people do), I can definitely understand the tight spot they were put in and I sympathize with them. Those people should be suing the fuck out of every single one of those aforementioned entities, and I hope they do.

Re-read my first comment.

No one was forced, because you can choose to die instead of taking it.

No one was forced.
