It is definitely not logical. But they can pressure as they usually do. Increase fees or costs to produce if you don't vax your animals. It's like what they've been doing to farmers in the USA for decades now. Using fees and other regulatory burdens to increase the cost to operate (can only buy monsanto seeds, can't reuse seeds, have to use certain pesticides, etc. etc.). Making it more cost effective to simply sell your farm land to real estate developers than to actually produce food. Edit: note: this hasn't actually gone into effect. The tweet makes it sound like it's inevitable, but this could very well be big-agg trying to "test the waters" to see how negatively the public would react to something like that.
