This seems like a risky move. The ATF is under increased scrutiny for pistol braces since they are not a legislative body and shouldn't have the ability to make law. This is the same exact thing. The CDC isn't a legislative body and adding this to the schedule means they have indemnified private companies from legal consequences by their decree alone. This is effectively law making being done by a bureaucracy not a legislative body. ALL VACCINES on the schedule may lose this protected status if this is challenged on these grounds.
