On a different though related note, does anyone else get bothered upvoting things like this? I get what it's for but it just feels bad.
Certainly not as satisfying as up voting /s/VaxTax posts.
These kids and young adults didn't deserve this. An up vote symbolizes our anger towards those responsible for this evil, that we will not forget, we will not relent, we will hold those responsible accountable for their heinous crimes. That's how I see it, not as an up vote for good news or valuable insight. More of an up vote for retribution.
Yes. Sad. Few people acknowledge the elephant in the room. We simply need to use these instances to at least get people to notice the elephant. However, given what I notice, people will walk around, dance around, bump into it, yet never actually acknowledge it.
