No one who isn't already convinced that the jab is causing miocarditis will even consider it a possibility in this case.
This is exactly why this case was chosen. People like you will assume one unprovable thing, and those who don't already believe in vax harm will assume the other. And for this case, unlike all the other cases of SADS you can't provide any reasonable argument.

The vax is damaging heart tissue and causing blood clots to form. The act of physical exertion combined with the adrenaline boost from making a tackle makes every single one of these guys a ticking clock.
