Off the top of my head - African continent is World's largest user of ivermectin (has been for a long long time - to combat endemic parasitic issues and river blindness) High levels of year round vitamin D. Low incidence per capita of obesity.
All known to be contributing factors for 'severe outcomes'.
I'd also add a Low diet (compared to Western world) of high fat / processed sugar (fast foods, additives, preservatives etc) - goy slop is enough to kill on its own given enough time and leads to all sorts of serious/ chronic medical issues and inflammations.
