It just means whatever they did they killed a fuck ton of people in the process. That's what the narrative is and it's easy to prove. Especially when you compare it worldwide where Covid deaths were pretty much non-existent but the supply chain shut-down, increase in poverty/crime and everything else is pretty easy to observe.
