Yes and no. If the vaccine worked nobody would have died from COVID, so even if 99% were vaxxed it proves the Vax ineffective. We were led to believe that the stats would be reversed. Vax rates should be included though otherwise I agree it's fairly worthless. It's like linking crime stats that blacks are as likely to commit crimes as non blacks because it's roughly 50 50 ignoring they are a small percentage of the population and that non blacks includes everyone else together. I suspect even after correlation it would prove deadlier and that's not even including Vax side effects
