I can't blame them either but genetics is a thing and the simple fact is that genetically the parents who allowed it were stupid and the children have a very good chance of also being stupid. This solves the problem. I think they vaxxed the shit out of prisons, I'm curious if there are any results or stats on that. Again, nothing but wins for the decent people in this nation.
