I wonder why? The usual reason for these exemptions is that they would lose too many people to continue operating if they kept the mandate in place—they never care that what they are doing is immoral and pointless from a public health standpoint. It implies these people were recently hired. Does that mean they couldn’t find enough enforcers who were willing to take the drugs themselves?
