This reminds me of a relative with ptvsd, there’s an extra flap near the artsy in the vein. It can be cauterized if necessary or heart medication can be used. If you do the wrong thing or bend the wrong way your heart takes off racing in the 200 bpm’s.
They had one episode, got diagnosed and ended up in the ER every few weeks with panic attacks thinking their were having another episode. The ER told them to stop coming back lol. Now anxiety is long Covid.
