I don't know how many already had it but this will get some people to quit government jobs. That's a plus. Too many government employees. A lot of the rest will die from the clot shot a lot earlier and not be paid endless great pensions paid for by us the taxpayers. Government workers usually vote Democrat. They brought this on themselves unfortunately.
