Actually a very good point. CEOs don't really have this power.
Not always true - medical procedures can be required as a prerequisite for a job, i.e. you can't be a fatass for a physical position, and you have to have "vaxxines" for a position around "hig-risk" people. For example, I had to have a few shots way back in the day to work as a cook at an old folks home. I mean, then it was just a tetanus shot and a tuberculosis test or something like that, nothing experimental, but it was totally legal.
