“The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals did not explain its reasoning in the unsigned order that said the court was expediting its review of the case. The court said the Biden administration’s request to put the lower court’s ruling on hold was being “carried with the case,” signaling that the appeals court would not rule on the request until it had conducted a fuller review of the case,” CNN continued.

Legal wrangling. The case will come back before the court.

Besides, I really don't feel bad for any federal employee. They want to suckle the teat, they can get the vax.

The plaintiffs are just going to request an en banc hearing from the 5th Circuit, which if memory serves is 15 R 5 D. Compared to 1 R 2 D on that meaningless vote.

The administration argued that the Constitution gives the president, as the head of the federal workforce, the same authority as the CEO of a private corporation to require that employees be vaccinated.

wtf when did the CEOs have the authority to violate the nuremberg code?

Actually a very good point. CEOs don't really have this power.

Not always true - medical procedures can be required as a prerequisite for a job, i.e. you can't be a fatass for a physical position, and you have to have "vaxxines" for a position around "hig-risk" people. For example, I had to have a few shots way back in the day to work as a cook at an old folks home. I mean, then it was just a tetanus shot and a tuberculosis test or something like that, nothing experimental, but it was totally legal.

In a just world, this would end quickly.

I don't know how many already had it but this will get some people to quit government jobs.

That's a plus.

Too many government employees.

A lot of the rest will die from the clot shot a lot earlier and not be paid endless great pensions paid for by us the taxpayers.

Government workers usually vote Democrat. They brought this on themselves unfortunately.

I object to the political cover that this provides for coerced gene therapy.

On the bright side there should be some plum jobs available in the government by 2025, and once the vaccine record checking agency employees take disability or die you should be able to work a few years before anyone finds out that you are not politically reliable.

Is there a way they could ensure federal employees get saline? If so, that could protect their lackeys and skew the overall numbers making the shot appear safer than it is.

So long as their performance reviews remain at expected or above?

All feds taking the poisonous dose is a good thing. I've never had one and I'm doing just fine. Let them drop like flies, it's a blessing in disguise.
