It wouldn't be them to do it, it would be the contract co in order to make their employee more marketable. I am 100% assuming, TBH - I would hope that the contract co would continue to help anyone, regardless of clot status. But, who knows. The letter specifically said, in bolded letters, they will not force anyone to get the shot..
