In order for the image on the right to be accurate, it needs to have 1/11 the arrows as the one on the left.
That's what the data says.

They overrepresented the protection of the vaccines with this image. He just had to draw 22 arrows on the left and 2 arrows on the right to be accurate. He drew 34. It's not hard to look up the science. He could have drawn 11 fewer arrows (draw one more on the right and 12 fewer on the left).
