The vaccines reduce the likelihood of death by 9 times, at the least (depends on the study: some studies show this as high as a 54 times reduction). They also reduce the likelihood of hospitalization (severe COVID-19) by around 20 times. It also reduces the spread of COVID-19 from as low as 2.43 times to 13 times (depending on the study). Those are very significant numbers.
But none of the policies around requiring vaccines make any sense. None of them.

We have almost 22 months of data. Human data.
And we have vaccine efficacy research results, stratified by vaccination status: unvaccinated, 1 jab vaccinated, 2 jab vaccinated but not 14 days, and fully vaccinated.
The results are quite clear and linear for each of those on efficacy. Where do you think they came up with the 2nd dose idea? It wasn't random.
