Yeah. If you look deep enough into anything that's not a hard good meant for a specific purpose (take a screwdriver, for example) you'll find language stating it's not necessarily fit for any purpose or stuff like the exact method of operation is not fully understood, etc. That's why you see language on things that suggests it does something. "Helps prevent..." type bullshit. It relies on the consumer filling in the blanks.
