There's no way anyone could read that much paper in that short of a time. I used to be a voracious reader, going through a book a day, but even at a 300 page novel that's only about 110k pages - in a year. And that was just literature, nothing that required scientific analysis.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding how this works. Shouldn't this data already be evaluated as part of the approval process?
