People from LA tend not to follow the rules. Telling a city of Mexicans to do anything is a fools errand. Its the whites that follow whatever stupid rules they are told.

There is no real mandate. The LA county sheriff said last week they wouldn't enforce it because it is unconstitutional.

I could be wrong, but I read the article where he made that claim and he said he would not mandate it for his own people because of the obvious ramifications. That said, I am not entirely sure if they intend to enforce it on other business in typical hypocratic fashion. Also, this is CA, they push a lot of illegal shit here with no repercussions so even if there is no mandate or standing for one, it will be enforced by the commies nonetheless.

He did say he would not enforce it. He thought it was trash and he didnt have the manpower. This was a couple weeks before he said he wouldnt enforce the mandate for his dept.
