You'd still have to be tested.

OSHA doesn't have the manpower or logistics to check whether people are getting tested. If the employees say they got tested, the employer has plenty of plausible deniability on that point.

For legal liability reasons we don't keep logs of employees' personal medical data.

Done.

Then if OSHA wants to claim that they should be keeping records of every employee's medical history, visits, and outcomes or face fines, that's a nice fat fucking lawsuit itself.

Don't play their games, that's the biggest mistake people make. Completely ignore them or send them documents that support your legal rights. If they knock down your door and tear everything down by force so be it. Perhaps you get the chance to win in court someday but even if you don't you know you lived with your principles.

OSHA has already stated that medical records involving covid vax aren't 'medical records'. It is beyond retarded.

Again, that's a lawsuit. Medical testing, the status of what medications you have taken etc are obviously medical records. They would lose that battle, guaranteed, especially since "what is the definition of 'medical records'" is not in their purview. They have no legal authority to make legal definitions.
