Anyone supporting this and carrying out such mandates against employee or citizen populations (the people who are actually responsible for the mandates at any level in any organization) should be put to the wall.

OSHA doesn't have the manpower or logistics to check whether people are getting tested. If the employees say they got tested, the employer has plenty of plausible deniability on that point.
For legal liability reasons we don't keep logs of employees' personal medical data.

Then if OSHA wants to claim that they should be keeping records of every employee's medical history, visits, and outcomes or face fines, that's a nice fat fucking lawsuit itself.
