Take a look at what is taught to these people. Karma is part of their religion. To keep the scales balanced requires consent. All evidence supports this is the case.

But the (((elite))) that drop those terms on occasion are not the ones creating these types of documents. A lot of people would be involved in the creation of such a document for a pilot program and at least some of them would want to re-word this even if it were just for marketing reasons.
