... I mean except for yes a judge should be. That's precisely how the balance of powers was intended and created. It's rarely enforced, but it is how things should and do work.
Sure, until the judge that ends up installed does the bidding of the state as we've seen numerous times just this past year. I'm not saying it's not nice for "our" side to win one once in awhile, but the fact that winning is nothing more than upholding what this country was founded upon is baffling. That's why "our" side always loses. Winning for us is maintaining the status quo. The only way we should have been playing for the last 50 years should have been aggressively pushing for White family rights, and castrating any and all opposition. Exactly what the LGBTQ freaks have been doing to anyone that dares oppose their disgusting agenda.
